About MedicForce

MedicForce is a medicine storefront focused on patients in the UAE and wider Middle East. It brings product search, active-ingredient information, strength and pack selection, prices and ordering access into one catalogue.

Our mission

Our mission is to empower patients through education, awareness and informed access to treatment. We advocate for people’s ability to understand their options and take an active role in decisions about their health.

Where personal importation is relevant, MedicForce provides practical ordering information and a route to partner checkout. The fulfilment partner checks the selected medicine and destination requirements before accepting an order. Customers must still follow the prescription, customs and personal-import rules that apply in their own country; MedicForce does not guarantee that a particular medicine can be imported into every destination.

What MedicForce provides

Use MedicForce to:

  • find products by name, active ingredient, condition or category
  • compare brands, strengths, dosage forms and pack sizes
  • view prices in AED or another supported currency
  • build a cart before continuing to secure partner checkout

The fulfilment partner confirms the final order, product requirements and available delivery route during checkout. Accepted orders to the UAE are dispatched from India. For some non-UAE destinations, an available manufacturer warehouse closer to the destination may be used. Worldwide delivery remains subject to product availability, destination restrictions and local import or prescription requirements.

Sourcing, authenticity and quality

As the online seller, MedicForce works with manufacturers, distributors and the fulfilment partner to protect medicine authenticity and quality through the supply chain. Supplier qualification considers the identity of the manufacturer, relevant product or facility documentation, batch traceability, storage controls and transport arrangements.

Our storage and distribution requirements are aligned with the World Health Organization’s Good Storage and Distribution Practices for medical products. These principles address risks across purchasing, storage, transportation and distribution rather than treating quality as a check performed only at the end.

Our sourcing policy is to work only with partners that can provide appropriate regulatory and quality evidence for the relevant product and facility. Depending on the market, that evidence may include records from the US FDA, EU or EEA competent authorities working through the European medicines regulatory network, or a national authority participating in PIC/S.

We do not present establishment registration, regulator-network participation or a manufacturer name as blanket approval of every medicine. Evidence must relate to the applicable product, facility or distribution activity.

Medicine information

Product and category pages provide general information for comparison. They do not diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment or replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist.
