How Ordering Works

1. Find the product

Search by product name or active ingredient, or browse by condition and category. Product pages show the available strengths, pack quantities and current catalogue prices.

2. Choose an exact offer

Select the strength and pack size before adding the item to your cart. Check the active ingredient, dosage form and quantity carefully; similar product names can have different formulations.

3. Review your cart

Cart prices are refreshed against the server before checkout. The client cannot override the authoritative offer price.

4. Continue to partner checkout

MedicForce redirects the cart to the fulfilment partner’s secure checkout. The partner confirms product eligibility, prescription or consultation requirements, shipping route, estimated time, cost and payment choices.

Dispatch and worldwide delivery

Accepted orders to the UAE are dispatched from India. Delivery is available worldwide, but for some non-UAE destinations the fulfilment partner may use an available manufacturer warehouse closer to the destination. This can apply to markets such as the UK, EU or USA; it is not guaranteed for any particular product or order. Product availability, destination restrictions and local import or prescription requirements still apply. The fulfilment partner confirms whether the selected product can be sent to your address and the actual dispatch route before payment.

Free 7-day express delivery

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of USD 300 or more qualify for free express delivery. The express option has an estimated delivery time of 7 days. Customs clearance and destination-specific conditions can affect the arrival date; the available route and final estimate are shown at checkout.
