Levothroid

Progesterone tablets for secondary amenorrhoea and endometrial hyperplasia. They are often used alongside oestrogen to protect the uterine lining.
Cernos Gel
1% 5gm
Testosterone gel for male hypogonadism. It is a topical treatment absorbed through the skin over time.
Enclomisign
50mg
Enclomiphene tablets for low testosterone due to secondary hypogonadism. They stimulate the body's own testosterone production.
Mesterolone Tablets
20mg
Mesterolone tablets for low testosterone. It is a synthetic androgen that mimics the body's own testosterone.
Danazol Tablets

Danazol tablets for endometriosis and fibrocystic breast disease. They lower the hormone output that makes these conditions worse.
Estriol Topical
1g
Estriol cream for vaginal dryness and discomfort during sex. It works locally in the vagina, so very little reaches the bloodstream.
Ddavp Spray
10mcg 2.5ml
Desmopressin nasal spray for bedwetting and diabetes insipidus. It helps the body hold onto water.

Thyroid replacement and antithyroid tablets
Synthroid and Levothroid both contain Levothyroxine and are listed for hypothyroidism, replacing a hormone an underactive thyroid does not make enough of. Cytomel uses a related thyroid hormone, liothyronine, for the same purpose. Neomercazole and Tapazole work the other way, listed for hyperthyroidism and reducing hormone output rather than replacing it.
Oestrogen, progestogen and fertility-related medicines
Estrace, Premarin and Estriol Topical each supply a form of oestrogen, often alongside a progestogen such as Provera, Prometrium or Aygestin, for Menopausal Vasomotor Symptoms and related menopausal needs. Clomid contains Clomifene, and Androxal and Enclomisign contain Enclomiphene, both used for fertility or hypogonadism rather than hormone replacement itself. Cernos Gel contains testosterone directly, and Mesterolone Tablets contain a related androgen, mesterolone, both listed for male hypogonadism, while Zyhcg and Dostinex sit alongside these for ovulation induction and hyperprolactinaemia. DDAVP Spray, Samsca and Mestinon sit at the edge of this range, treating water-balance or neuromuscular conditions rather than replacing a hormone.
